3. User Account

To use certain features, you must create an account via Discord OAuth2. You are responsible for:

Prices may be changed at any time. Subscriptions are automatically renewed. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Premium features are subject to reasonable usage limits.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Attempt to access the service or its APIs in an unauthorized manner
Create shaders containing offensive, illegal, harmful content or content that infringes on others' rights
Use AI or other advanced tools to generate inappropriate content
Overload the service with excessive or automated requests
Violate the intellectual property rights of others
Bypass plan limitations or share unauthorized access
Use the service for cryptocurrency mining or other intensive computations

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The shaders you create, including those assisted by AI, belong to you. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:

Store and process your shaders to provide the service
Display your public shaders in the community gallery
Improve our AI models with anonymized data (only with your explicit consent)

The source code of Shader Discord Bot, its design, AI models, and all features are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify or distribute these elements without written permission.

For AI-generated content, we do not claim any rights over the outputs created by our users.

7. AI Usage and Data

Our AI features (code generation assistant and integrated chatbot) use advanced models to help you create content.

Data you provide to AI is processed securely and confidentially
We do not use your personal data to train our models without explicit consent
AI-generated content may be subject to quality and quantity limitations
We reserve the right to refuse inappropriate AI requests

8. Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these ToS. You can terminate your account at any time from your dashboard.

10. Changes to ToS

We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable Law

These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
